Our jewelry is made from 304 stainless steel. The gold finish is plated with 14K gold; the silver finish is polished stainless steel. For lasting shine, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaning products.

How long will my necklace take to arrive?

Can I change my charms after ordering?
Contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best to help before production begins. Once your necklace is being made, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Can I return a personalized necklace?
Your necklace is made to your choices, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or the personalization does not match your order, contact our customer care team. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What if something is wrong with my necklace?
If a charm is missing, the personalization does not match your order, or your necklace arrives damaged, contact our customer care team with your order number. Your necklace is also covered by our 12-month breakage warranty. We’ll review the issue and help you find the right solution.
