TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all purchases made through the Website operated by the seller (hereinafter the “Website Operator”). They are available at all times on the Website and may also be provided to the customer upon request.
Placing an order requires acceptance of these T&Cs, confirmed by checking a box or clicking a button before completing the purchase. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the T&Cs in force at that time.
The Website Operator stores these T&Cs and ensures they remain accessible if needed.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Website offers blankets (hereinafter the “Products”) for sale to both individuals and businesses (hereinafter the “Customer”).
Each Product is accompanied by a description, either directly on the Website or via an external link, detailing its essential characteristics.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not legally binding. Instructions for use, if applicable, are provided online or upon delivery.
All Products comply with applicable laws and regulations in France.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical means to access the Website (e.g., internet connection, devices) and for any associated costs.
ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS
Products are available while supplies last. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible by email.
The Customer may then choose between:
- Delivery of an equivalent product (in quality and price), or
- A full refund within a maximum of 30 days
No additional compensation will be granted.
Orders are considered final and binding, subject to applicable withdrawal rights.
ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT METHODS
All orders require payment. The Website Operator reserves the right to verify payment before shipping.
Accepted payment methods are those listed on the Website.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise specified.
In the case of promotional offers, the advertised price applies during the specified period.
The total amount is due upon order confirmation. Any additional shipping fees are clearly displayed before checkout.
ARTICLE 6 — FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded through a “double-click” process:
Product selection → Cart review → Acceptance of T&Cs → Payment
This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
Orders and invoices are stored by the Website Operator as proof.
ARTICLE 7 — RETENTION OF TITLE
The Products remain the property of the Website Operator until full payment has been received.
ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY
Offers are intended for customers residing in France or, where applicable, within the European Union.
Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.
Control of the Product transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
The Customer must inspect the delivery and report any damage or discrepancies.
ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days of receipt.
Withdrawal may be exercised using the following form (by registered mail):

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) is the property of the Website Operator.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Content published by Customers (e.g., reviews) may be used by the Website Operator worldwide, free of charge.
ARTICLE 12 — LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Products are covered by legal warranties:
Legal warranty of conformity:
- 2 years from delivery
- Choice between repair or replacement
- No proof of defect required within the first 24 months
Hidden defects warranty:
- The Customer may cancel the purchase or request a price reduction
ARTICLE 13 — PERSONAL DATA
Details regarding the processing of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
ARTICLE 14 — EXTERNAL LINKS
The Website Operator is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Website.
ARTICLE 15 — REFERENCES
Unless the Customer objects, their name may be used for customer references (e.g., reviews or testimonials).
ARTICLE 16 — FINAL PROVISIONS
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Customer reviews are verified for authenticity. Inappropriate content may be removed.
The Website Operator reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.
