Our jewelry is made from 304 stainless steel. The gold finish is plated with 14K gold; the silver finish is polished stainless steel. For lasting shine, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, chlorine and harsh cleaning products.

Can I choose the same birthstone twice?
Yes. Choose any birthstone for each side of your heart, including the same month twice. Your combination is entirely up to you.
When will my personalized jewelry arrive?
Free tracked delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days in total, including personalization and shipping. You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best to help before production starts. Once production has begun, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
What about returns and the warranty?
Personalized pieces aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly personalized, contact our customer care team with your order number. Your piece also includes our 12-month warranty against breakage.
